Hello again. Today I want to share some ideas on why it is important for anyone wishing to lose weight to enlist suppport from those around them, or if this is not possible, to join a group of like minded people who will share your triumphs and give you encouragement to stick to your goals.
At Weight Loss by Design we hold small, friendly, weekly group meetings which provide the ideal space to support you on your journey. Our group members receive individual attention, helping them to focus on areas of concern and how to avoid danger zones, ie Friday nights out and a visit to the curry shop!
Socialising with people who have no concerns about their weight can be tricky but we can support you in choosing food options which won’t pile on the pounds and leave you feeling defeated the following morning.
Keeping a food diary is a great help in tracking those areas where your resolution has weakened, and here at Weight Loss by Design, we help you to identify the situations and places that may be slowing down your progess.
